 As an Automotive Accessories Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding service to our clients by assisting them in selecting, purchasing, and installing automotive accessories. You will act as the key liaison between the customers and our technical team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive accessory needs and preferences.- Provide expert advice on the selection and installation of automotive accessories.- Prepare detailed quotes and invoices for customers.- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely installation of accessories.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in automotive accessories and incorporate this knowledge to inform customer recommendations.- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.- Maintain inventory of accessories and ensure availability for customer needs.- Document customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Proficient in using computer systems and databases for managing customer information.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in automotive accessories.
