BDC Coordinator is responsible for creating appointments/opportunities for the dealership. Opportunities are created via interactions with clients through phone, email or postal mail contacts.

BDC Responsibilities: 

· Timely response to all Inbound service/internet inquiries 

· Convenient Scheduling of service appointments

· Answer customer inquiries

· Telephone-based outbound contacts

· Service and Event Reminders
