Experienced Parts Manager Wanted – Drive Performance & Profitability

Are you a seasoned Parts Manager with a proven track record of maximizing sales, optimizing inventory, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a results-driven leader to take our parts department to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee retail and wholesale parts operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain precise inventory control and cost management
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with Service & Body Shop Managers for timely parts availability
  • Train, mentor, and supervise parts counter associates to achieve department goals
  • Manage stock orders, pricing, and warranty/return procedures
  • Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations impacting operations
  • Set and achieve departmental sales and performance goals
  • Ensure all incoming inventory is properly stocked and accounted for
  • Implement and uphold safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a high-volume counter position
  • Expertise in automotive parts (import experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CDK, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in P&L, budgeting, hiring, training, and inventory management
  • Ability to turn quotes into sales and drive revenue growth
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of making sound financial decisions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

A professional work ethic, valid NYS driver’s license, and clean driving record are required.
